The site is a networking site only and is provided free of charge to members of the site. The site must not be used for commercial business purposes.
Any user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures to be used to access the Services (security ID) that you choose or are provided with as part of the registration process must treated as confidential and you must not disclose it to any third party. Your security ID is personal to you and is not transferable, and is the method used by us to identify you and so is very important. You are responsible for all information posted on the site by anyone using your security ID. Any breach of security relating to your security ID should be notified to us immediately. We have the right to disable any security ID if in our sole opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions. You may not adapt or circumvent the systems in place in connection with the site, nor access the Services other than through normal operation.

You may link to our site without our prior consent, provided you do so in a way that (a) is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it; (b) does not suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part; and (c) links to our home page. Our liability to you

These terms and conditions are governed by English law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions, you and we shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
